Module 2: Coaching Fundamentals - Trusted Coach

Explore coaching essentials, ICF competencies, emotional intelligence, ethics, and hands-on leadership activities.

Module 3: The Inner Game

Dive into "Inner Game": Self-awareness, values, NLP, ethics, and listening skills to boost coaching impact.

Module 4: Mastering Coaching Competencies

Refine "Mastery of Coaching Competencies": Emotional intelligence, feedback, ICF competencies, TGROW model, coaching contracts, and practical application.

Module 5: Fostering Long-Lasting Transformation

Advance "Fostering Long-lasting Transformation": Self-evaluation, ICF competencies, certification, strategic questioning, coaching styles, emotional dynamics, conflict management, and real-life integration into leadership.

Lassi Albin, PCC, MBA

Lassi Albin, a seasoned career performance and executive coach, boasts over 4,000 hours of coaching international talent across 50+ nationalities. His extensive 15+ years of experience encompasses roles in supply chain management, global business development, and corporate relations, enhancing his coaching of mid/senior management and top MBA students.

Lassi's global perspective is enriched by living in 11 countries on 3 continents. His roles have included Supply chain, BD, sector lead, and executive coach roles at companies like Hilti, American Standard, and IESE Business School.

Lassi holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and is ICF-PCC, DISC, and Six-Sigma Black Belt certified, underpinning his expertise in various industries from tech to retail.

Jeanine Reyneke, PCC, MBA

 Jeanine Reyneke, with over 20 years of leadership and executive coaching experience, excels in enhancing team performance and engagement across diverse sectors. Her extensive background includes leadership roles in operations, governance, and sales, as well as strategic positions at The Power Business School, LeadasCoach, and a Community Bank in Australia.

Having lived and worked in seven countries, her global insight is a cornerstone of her approach to developing leaders from over 15 nationalities.

Jeanine holds an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pretoria, with certifications in ICF-PCC, EMCC Practitioner and Six-Sigma Green Belt. Her coaching spans finance, tech, pharma, and more, with over 1,500 hours dedicated to leadership development of her clients.
