This is an immersive course designed to help you transform into a coach, one of the most in-demand leadership skills to have in this time of constant change and emerging technology. This Coach Training Course is internationally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF - Level 1).

What this program covers

The Coaching-Powered Leader (CPL) Certification will provide you with the Coaching skills and tools necessary to facilitate the transformation of others and to help them achieve real, lasting results. 

This course consists of five modules delivered over 15 weeks after which the Coaching-Powered Leader (CPL) Certificate is issued, meeting the training requirement to become an ICF Accredited Level 1 Coach.

Becoming and ICF-accredited Level 1 Coach

The ICF requirements:

• Coaching-Powered Leader Certificate - This will confirm you have met the 60-hour coach-specific training requirement. This includes 10 hours of group and individual Mentoring by a PCC-accredited coach.
• Minimum 100 hours of coaching experience with 8+ clients. 75 hours must be compensated. Our recommendation is to complete this within 18 months of obtaining the CPL certificate.

TIME REQUIREMENTS

As an accredited ICF Level 1 program, it demands a 60-hour commitment spread over 3 months to accommodate busy schedules. This includes 33 hours of fixed-time training—24 of which are during a 3-day on-site session—and 27 flexible hours. Coach-led sessions occur during office hours (CET).
