I’ve spent over 20 years helping leaders and teams transform their performance and engagement across industries like finance, tech, and pharma. My background includes leadership roles in operations, governance, and sales, strategic positions at organizations like The Power Business School, and consulting and advisory work for clients in senior leadership roles.
My global perspective sets my approach apart. Having lived and worked in seven countries, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what drives people and teams from over 15 nationalities to succeed.
With an MBA from the Queensland University of Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pretoria, and ICF-PCC and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, I bring academic rigor and real-world experience to every coaching session. My goal is simple: to help leaders develop the skills they need to elevate their teams and themselves.

I spent over 15 years navigating supply chain management, business development, and corporate leadership at companies like Hilti and American Standard. Living in 11 countries across three continents taught me what makes people thrive in high-pressure environments.
But my real passion is people. That’s why I shifted my focus to executive/career coaching and training. In the past decade, I’ve coached over 4,000 professionals—mid-level to senior managers and top MBA students—helping them unlock their leadership potential and advance their careers. My clients come from 50+ nationalities, and I’ve helped them gain clarity and confidence in their paths.
With an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, certifications in DISC, EIQ-2 emotional intelligence, and Six Sigma, I combine practical business acumen with personal insight in every coaching session. For me, it’s not just about achieving goals; it’s about helping people discover their unique leadership style.
