Communication That   Moves Decisions.

Most professionals talk a lot.
Very few move decisions.

This program is for leaders and professionals who want their communication to result in clarity, commitment, and action—not more meetings.

Talk to us about a pilot

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”
George Bernard Shaw — Nobel Prize–winning Irish playwright

12 hours | Highly practical | Live delivery

Why do many professionals struggle with communication?

Most professionals have never had the opportunity to develop their communication skills in a structured and practical way.

Communication is often learned informally — through experience, observation, and trial and error — rather than through deliberate training that considers audience, context, psychology, and pressure. The result:

• Messages that don’t always land as intended
• Overreliance on familiar formats, such as slide decks
• Challenges in adapting communication to audiences
• Hesitation in high-stakes or difficult conversations
• Time lost in meetings that lack clarity or outcomes

This program builds communication capability and skills systematically.

"Having Lassi as my Communications coach was an absolute privilege! He was very skillful in building a trusting environment while also providing me with insightful feedback, pointing out areas for improvement, and encouraging me to take risks."

Patricia Royo

“Lassi is one of the best communication trainers we have at IESE Business School. He is a people-oriented person, knows how to create and transmit both impactful content and empathy, and his positive energy is contagious!"

Yago de la Cierva A. de Sotomayor

"Lassi drastically improved the communication skills of my group in just a few weeks. He is extremely effective at listening, identifying weaknesses, and providing specific, constructive feedback. Also, just a good guy."

Alan Bleiberg

No slides. Fully practical. By design.

We don’t teach communication by "PowerPointing" models and frameworks.

We develop it by putting people into real communication situations.

Every 3-hour block is built around:

• live individual and team exercises
• short input → immediate application
• pitching, speaking, and decision conversations
• peer observation and feedback
• facilitator-level behavioural coaching

Participants speak, listen, adapt, and reflect — repeatedly.
This is where habits change.

What participants work on.

Who benefits most.

This program is designed for:

• emerging leaders preparing for greater responsibility
• managers and senior managers influencing withg/without line authority
• professionals leading meetings, projects, or stakeholders
• client-facing roles with high communication stakes

The structure remains the same across seniority levels.
The depth and pressure adjust to the cohort.

What benefits organisations see in practice.

• clearer, more confident communication
• stronger verbal and non-verbal presence
