Jeanine

Jeanine is an ICF-MCC leadership and performance coach with 2,500+ hours supporting senior managers and executives across global corporates. She delivers leadership development, executive coaching, team programmes, and ICF-accredited coach training, grounded in 20+ years of cross-cultural leadership experience in banking, telecoms, and consulting. With credentials including EMCC Mentor Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, an Executive MBA, and a background in governance, strategy, and transformation, Jeanine is known for her warm but direct style that helps leaders navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and create lasting organisational impact.

Lassi

Lassi is an ICF-PCC executive coach with 5,000+ hours across Fortune 500 firms, scale-ups and global institutions. He delivers leadership training, executive coaching and communication programs, and teaches executive communication at IESE Business School. Having lived in 11 countries and worked in supply chain, business development and executive search, with certifications including DISC, EIQ-2, Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS-CPIM, Lassi is known for a direct, emotionally intelligent coaching style that enhances clarity, accountability and long-term behavioural change for leaders operating in demanding environments.

Claudia

Claudia is an ICF-PCC executive coach and facilitator with 15+ years of leadership experience in advertising and agency environments across Spain and Mexico. She founded La Diferencia in 2008, delivering executive coaching and training for organisations such as Amadeus, Barclays, Santander, Endesa/Enel, the Ministry of Interior, Oxford University Press, Roche and Warner Bros. With academic foundations in communication and marketing, advanced studies in e-commerce and CRM, and teaching experience at EAE and IED, Claudia is known for her pragmatic, clear coaching style that strengthens communication, leadership confidence and real-world impact.

Francisco

Francisco is an ICF-PCC executive coach and facilitator with a background as a firefighter officer and Red Cross instructor, bringing a rare blend of crisis leadership, decision-making under pressure and organisational development expertise. He has designed and delivered coaching and training programmes for leading organisations such as Santander, BBVA, Amazon, PwC, Deloitte, Siemens, DHL, Repsol, Cepsa, Meliá and ArcelorMittal, supporting leaders and teams through high-impact transformation. With an MBA, a Master’s in HR Management, certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum, NLP and Coaching en Estado Puro®, Francisco is known for his direct, practical approach that strengthens clarity, resilience and performance in complex environments.

Beatriz

Beatriz is an ICF-PCC coach with 15+ years in leadership, communication and team development across five countries. She has supported leaders from organisations such as Airbus, Telefónica, Mercedes-Benz, Louis Vuitton and Iberdrola, combining executive coaching with strong commercial experience. With certifications including Human Element, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and ACTP Executive Coaching, and past roles in international sales and coaching-school leadership, Beatriz is known for a clear, human approach that creates high-impact spaces for leaders and teams.

Erika

Erika Gardenal is an ICF-PCC leadership coach with 2,500+ hours supporting CEOs, VPs and high-potential managers stepping into bigger roles. She brings 20 years of international corporate experience across tech, digital, luxury fashion, manufacturing and logistics, supported by certifications including Hogan, EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 and EMCC EIA. Erika helps leaders strengthen executive presence, sharpen decision-making and build resilient, high-performing teams through a direct, science-based approach that creates fast, sustainable behavioural shifts.
