"Undoubtedly one of the most significant programmes I've completed in my career."

Nicola Conlan, FMCG, Supply Chain

Coaching-powered Leader Program - Corporate Edition.

Leadership effectiveness evolves through conversations.

As technology and organisations grow in complexity, leadership shifts from directing work to enabling thinking, self-learning, ownership, and alignment.

This program supports that shift—helping managers move from problem-solving for their teams to leading through high-quality conversations that drive execution, accountability, and engagement.

Program Positioning.

What this program develops

  • Coaching-style leadership behaviours
  • Clear, structured leadership conversations
  • Stronger accountability and follow-through
  • Emotional intelligence under pressure
  • Consistent leadership language across teams

What this program intentionally avoids

  • Certification or credential requirements
  • Theory-heavy or academic delivery
  • One-size-fits-all leadership models
  • Artificial role plays or generic cases

Why coaching-style leadership matters now.

As AI and technology redefine how work is done, leadership shifts from managing tasks to enabling thinking, judgment, and ownership. Coaching-style leadership becomes a core capability—not a nice-to-have.

Coaching-style leadership equips managers to:

• Generate human trust across seniority levels

• Facilitate better thinking in others

• Strengthen ownership without micro-management

• Navigate complexity with clarity and composure

How our learning is designed.

Learning is experiential, structured, and directly connected to participants’ real corporate leadership context.

Managers work on their own situations, practice live with peers, and receive targeted feedback—allowing new behaviours to develop progressively and sustainably.

Live facilitated sessions

Delivered on-site or live online by senior facilitators, always with two trainers guiding dialogue, depth, and learning flow.

Structured peer practice

Every session includes structured practice in small groups and one-to-one coaching, applying tools directly to real leadership situations.

MCC/PCC-level feedback

Experienced PCC coaches provide timely, precise feedback that sharpens skills, accelerates learning, and builds confident application.

Reflection and application

Participants select concrete actions to apply at work, testing new behaviours immediately and reflecting on real impact and outcomes.
