Do you work with individual leaders or only with companies?
Both. We work directly with individual leaders and professionals, as well as with organisations, L&D teams, and business schools. The program content and quality are identical — delivery is simply adapted to the context and scale.
Which program is right for my team?

Can programs be delivered in languages other than English?
Yes. We deliver in English and Spanish, with experienced facilitators who are native or fluent speakers. All our trainers have lived and worked internationally, so they bring genuine cultural fluency — not just language skills.
Do you deliver onsite, online, or both?
Both — and we're equally strong in either format. Online delivery uses live facilitated sessions, not pre-recorded videos. Onsite is available across Europe and internationally. Blended formats are also possible and often preferred by distributed teams.
How long do your programs run?
It varies by program. Our shorter focused sessions run 6-12 hours and can be delivered in a single day or across multiple sessions. The CPL Corporate Edition is 37 hours. The full ICF-accredited Coach Edition is 60 hours. We work around your team's calendar.

Can I do the coach certification while working full time?
Yes, and most of our participants do. Live sessions are scheduled to accommodate different time zones and working hours. You'll get access to recordings and the online platform so nothing is missed if life gets in the way.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Plan for around 4-5 hours per week. That includes your live sessions, self-paced modules, and peer coaching practice. The program is designed for working professionals, so everything is structured to fit around a full-time schedule.
What are the payment options for the coach certification?
You can pay €3,900 upfront (saving €600) or spread it across 3 instalments of €1,500. The first payment secures your seat, the second falls at Module 3, and the third before graduation.
I'm not sure whether I need the coaching certification or a leadership program. Which is right for me?
It depends on your goal. If you want to become a certified coach and build a coaching practice, the CPL Coach Edition is for you. If you're a leader who wants to lead using coaching skills without becoming a coach, the CPL Corporate Edition or one of our shorter programs is a better fit.
