**Deposit & Cancellation Policy**
We ask for a deposit to secure your seat and ensure we can plan the best possible experience for every participant. Here's what you need to know:
**If you need to cancel**
Life happens β we get it. If you let us know at least 7 days before the program starts, we'll carry your deposit forward as a credit toward a future cohort. We want you to get the experience when the timing is right for you.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations received less than 7 days before commencement, as preparation will already be underway.
**If we cancel or the program doesn't go ahead**
In the rare event that we cancel a cohort, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit β no questions asked.
**If it turns out we're not the right fit**
We care about outcomes. If we feel the program isn't the right match for you at this time, we'll refund your deposit in full.
**Credit validity**
Credits are valid for 12 months and can be applied to any upcoming cohort, subject to availability.
